NIFTY THIS WEEK
This week nifty traded in a rather wide range with negative bias and closed below the 5800 levels. Volume was increased compared to previous trade. FII’s were remained net sellers all long week expect one day. Nifty was below the 20 EMA.
DOW JONES
This week Dow Jones traded in a rather wide range with negative bias and managed to close above the 11000 levels. Volume was low compared to previous week.
NIFTY NEXT WEEK
Global cues would lead the market next week. Nifty would react according to news related to the housing scam. As nifty had been moving down for past three weeks, technically in the weekly price chart, I expect a pull back rally or tight range trade and not further decline from here. The 5640 would be a crucial support level to be watched. The major support level exists around 5530. Only above the 5980 levels we may see strong uptrend.
DOW JONES
Technically in the weekly price chart I observe a week pattern. However any good news would propel the market towards northwards. Until Dow trades above the 11100 levels we may not see an up trend.

NIFTY ON MONDAY
Global cues and housing scam news would lead the market on Monday. As market was sliding for past a few sessions I expect a tight range trade with positive bias. The crucial support level to be watched is 5640 and resistant level is 5830. Let’s see what happens on Monday.
