Today nifty traded in a rather wide range with negative bias and closed below the 5300 levels. Volume was high however less compared to previous trade. Market breath was negative with 9 advances and 41 declines.

Today banknifty traded in a tight range with negative bias and closed below the 10,000 levels. Volume was high however less compared to previous trade. Market breath was negative with 4 advances and 8 declines.

Nifty and bank nifty levels.

Nifty on Thursday

Nifty traded in a rather wide range in positive bias and managed to close above the 5300 levels. Volume was very high compared to previous trade. Market breath was positive with 33 advances and 17 declines. Fii’s were net buyers for 2306.1 crores and Dii’s were net buyers for 328.11 crores.

Nifty on Friday

As Fii’s were huge buyers on Thursday we may expect an up move today. Technically 5340 will act as a resistant for today trade. The 5258 levels will be a strong support. In my view I expect a tight range trade.

Bank nifty on Thursday

Nifty today

Today nifty traded in a wide range with negative bias and closed below 5300 levels. Volume was almost equal to previous trade. Market breath was negative with 36 declines and 14 advances. Fii’s were buyer for 143.3 crores. Dii’s were net sellers for 249.8 crores.

Nifty tomorrow

Global cues will lead the market. The 5280 levels will be a crucial level to be watched for intraday trade. Technically, as Spot nifty touched the august 6th close, I feel if nifty trades below 5258 we may expect further correction.

Bank nifty today

Today bank nifty traded in tight range with negative bias and closed above the 10,000 levels. Market breath was negative with 9 declines and 3 advances. Volume was almost equal to previous trade.

Bank nifty tomorrow

The 9,950 levels will be crucial level to be watched we may see some selling. In my view there will no further selling today.
