This week nifty traded in a wide range with positive bias and closed just below the 6000 levels. Volume was low compared to previous week volume. FII’s were net buyers for all long week. This week nifty was able to stay above the 20 EMA and 50 EMA.
DOW JONES
This week Dow had traded in a wide range with positive bias and managed to close above the crucial 11,100 levels. Volume was increased compared to previous week. This week it had also tested the important levels 11,380.

NIFTY NEXT WEEK
As FII’s were remained net buyers all long last week we may expect an up move come week. In September month nifty had surged around 700 points without any correction in those weeks. In November it had plunged almost 600 points without any pull back in those weeks. Roughly more than 85% market had retraced. Based on this I expect nifty to trade in positive region come week. However global cues should not be ruled out.
The 6100 levels would be crucial level to be watched for come week. Would it able to sustain above this level we may see new highs in ensuing week.
The 5830 levels would be crucial levels to be watched below this nifty may weaken. At 5640 levels the major support exists. My bias would be positive for next week.
DOW JONES
As Dow had closed above the significant levels 11,100 with increased volume, we may expect an up move next week. The 11,380 levels would be a significant level to be watched and I feel it would be a gateway for further up move. As the unemployment had surged, fed may inject more money in the system to spur the economy growth. This would be positive for US market. In my perspective I expect Dow to trade above the 11,400 levels next week.

NIFTY NEXT WEEK

Global cues would lead the market next week. Nifty would react according to news related to the housing scam. As nifty had been moving down for past three weeks, technically in the weekly price chart, I expect a pull back rally or tight range trade and not further decline from here. The 5640 would be a crucial support level to be watched. The major support level exists around 5530. Only above the 5980 levels we may see strong uptrend.

This week nifty traded in a tight range with negative bias and closed below the 6100 levels. Volume was low compared to previous week volume. FII’s were remained net buyers for all long week. Technically an indecisive pattern had formed in the weekly price chart.

DOW JONES
This Dow had traded in a tight range with positive bias and managed to close above the 11,000 levels. Volume was increased compared to previous week volume. Technically an indecisive pattern had formed in the weekly price chart.

NIFTY NEXT WEEK
As FII’s were remained net buyers for next week we may expect an up move come week. Technically in weekly price chart a side way pattern had formed for past three week, so, would global cues happen to be positive, I expect an upward rally for around 800 points in ensuing weeks! My bias would be positive for come week.

DOW JONES
As Dow had closed above the significant level 11,000 we may expect Dow to trade in a positive region next week. The 11,140 would be the crucial levels to be watched for next week trade. This week Dow traded in wide range with positive bias and closed above the 10600 levels. Volume was very low. Technically in the weekly price chart an up move pattern had formed.

NIFTY NEXT WEEK
Contract expiry would be significant for next week. As FII’s had been continually buying in huge way we may expect up move to continue next week. Technically I expect nifty to mark new highs next week.

NIFTY THIS WEEK
This week nifty traded in a wide range with positive bias with marking new high and volume was increased compared to previous week volume. FII’s were remained huge buyers for all long week. This week they had bought for 9000-odd crores! Technically in the weekly price chart, past two weeks, a marubozu white candles had formed which a bullish pattern.
DOW JONES
This Dow traded in a tight range with positive bias and managed to close above the last week close. Weekly volume was increased compared to previous week. In addition it also surpassed the crucial 10600 levels which was the open level on Aug 11! Technically in the weekly price chart an up move pattern had formed.

NIFTY NEXT WEEK
As FII’s were remained net buyers for last week we may expect an up move next week. However global cues cannot be ruled out. Technically I expect nifty to mark new highs in next week. The psychological level 6000 would be a crucial level to be watched and also have an eye on the 5830 levels. We may see nifty to trade around 6000 levels net week I hope so. My bias would be positive for next week.
DOW JONES
After one month Dow had touched the crucial 10600 levels which is good news for the market. Very small degree of improvement in the important economic data may help to sustain the up move in ensuing week, I feel so.
