Today nifty hit the first support and first resistant too.
MARKET VIEW FOR TODAY.
Today market was very volatile; poor monsoon remains a bothering for market players. In the morning, while nifty had been breaking the 4480 levels, the volume was increasing but overall volume is not good. FII’s were net sellers, but today, selling had come down comparing to previous sessions. Nifty closed near the crucial resistant 4480. Today it was a tough fight between bulls and bears only tomorrow’s trade will decide who won the fight. Let’s see what happens tomorrow.
MARKET VIEW FOR WEDNESDAY.
For tomorrow’s trade, would nifty holds 4480 levels with good volume, we can buy nifty above 4513 levels with strict stop loss 4480. Now some negative news, swine flu, earth quake and poor monsoon, are the hurdles for the market.
NIFTY LEVELS
Technically in the price chart a down trend stopping pattern had formed. As I mentioned above visitors should only buy 4513 levels because today the volume was not impressive.
SUP: 4480, 4420, 4390, and 4340. RES: 4480, 4513, 4570, 4620. STOP LOSS: 4480.
